About Jon's Guide Service
USCG licensed captain and former Bassmaster Elite Series pro, Jon Bondy, has been a multi species guide on Lake St. Clair and the Detroit River for 27 years. With close to 40 years of fishing experience on local and distant waters, Jon has built up a wealth of angling knowledge and can assist you in catching some of the most sought after species in the Detroit/Windsor area. Jon never trolls, only casts and jigs.
Based in Windsor, Ontario and fishing from March until December for walleye, musky and bass, Jon has put many anglers on fish of a lifetime. He has fished with thousands of anglers and has appeared on influential TV shows like the Bassmasters and In Fisherman and in countless newspaper and magazine articles and he is ready to take you out for a day of fishing out of his 21 foot bass boat.
